Product Color & Finishes:
Due to the variable displays and settings on computer monitors we cannot guarantee that what your monitor displays will exactly match the product finish. Also some products are hand crafted and will vary from what is pictured. For example cowhide will vary in color and pattern. Hand carved items may vary in color and have natural cracks and surfaces unique to each piece. This is normal and not a defect. Shipping: Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Shipping is to the continental Damaged Product: If you receive a product and it is damaged, you must report it within 3 days. We cannot take responsibility for damages beyond this point. Please note any damages on the freight bill of lading before you sign for the product. It is best to refuse a damaged item and note damage on the delivery ticket. You must call us to report damage within 3 days of receipt even if you refuse delivery so we can expedite your replacement. We cannot file a claim with the carrier if damage is not noted on the freight bill. We will send out a new item to replace one damaged in shipment at no additional cost. If for some reason you do not want a replacement, we will issue a credit. We may require photographic proof of damage and may have the item returned at our discretion. Please call 888-683-0158. Returns: If you do not like your product for any reason (size, color etc.) you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. There is a 25% restocking fee for returned products and the customer pays for return shipping. The product must be in an unused condition. No returns will be accepted after 7 days. Please contact us to receive a return authorization and ship to address. Returns without a return authorization will be refused. Please call 888-683-0158. A credit or refund will be issued after receipt of the item less the original and return shipping and handling costs. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back. If customer received free shipping or used white glove service the actual cost of shipping will be deducted. Mirror must be repacked in its original packaging including interior packing. We will contact the manufacturer and if it has not shipped we will have your order cancelled. Certain items are made to order and once in production cannot be cancelled or returned. If an item has shipped it is handled as a return. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and without notice. |
